Writer, editor, trainer from the UK. She cares passionately about effective and creative communication, written and spoken, and is one of the founders of WordPower Sabah. Born in India, Sylvia has lived in and worked in the UK, Africa, Brussels and now Sabah. She has worked on national and international publications, and with participants from organisations as different as the UK Prison Service and Buckingham Palace, both belonging to Her Majesty! Her first novel, The Jacaranda Letters, is out now, and her second is in progress.
